Nimo TV Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Nimo TV Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Brazilian registered Streamers, i.e., Streamers who reside in Brazil) to earn: Gems (a kind of virtual currency in circulation within the Platform) (“Rewards”) toward future use in the Platform, i.e., Nimo TV, by referring friends to become new users on Nimo TV.

To participate, Streamers must agree to these terms, which become part of the Nimo TV User Agreement. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Nimo TV User Agreement.


How to Earn Referral Rewards

Streamers can earn Rewards if: (i) a referred friend scans on their referral code to create a valid Nimo TV account that complies with the Nimo TV User Agreement; and (ii) the referred friend completes a Qualifying Activity (as defined below). The Streamers cannot earn Rewards for Qualifying Activity carried out on their original mobile devices.

The Streamers will be credited with 144 Gems (equivalent to USD 0.48) per each completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Activity. Qualifying Activity refers to a referred friend’s registry of a new Platform account with a new mobile, which have not left record on the Platform, and thereafter watching streaming for at least 90 minutes within seven days since the day he activates the Platform account.


Qualifying Activity

A Qualifying Activity must be conducted via a new Platform account on a mobile device different from the Streamers’ mobile device in order for the Streamers to earn Gems and the referred friend to participate in the Great Lucky Draw.


Receiving Rewards

Gems will be delivered to the Streamer’s personal in-app Wallet on the 28th day of such month if a valid Qualifying Activity is completed before the 28th day of such month, and on the 28th day of the immediate next month if completed on and after the 28th day of such month. After delivery, Gems will be converted automatically into the respective commission account on the first day of next month, if the whole referral process are deemed as valid and effective.

Gems accrued in respective Platform accounts may cashed out when meeting the withdrawal requirements.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Gems, please contact us at Platform may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Platform’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from your withdrawal of Gems. Where applicable, Platform may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Gems are withdrawn.


Reviewing the Referral Process

The Platform will use various internal control means to determine whether the referred friend’s registry is fake. If it is found that the referred friend’s new registry is completed by means of robotic activities or in disguise of a similar but de facto fake application or through any other method which the Platform deems as fake in its sole discretion, the Platform reserves the right to decide whether to disqualify the involved Streamers and the referred friends or put them in the black list and withhold the relevant Rewards.


Sharing Referral Codes

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral codes should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites or Quora). Streamers are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral code. Streamers are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral invitations.


Restricting the Qualified Referred Friends

The Platform encourages the Streamers to promote the Program as much as he can. However, on each single day only the first 2,000 referred friends who have completed the Qualifying Activities will be counted as successful referral which then entitle the Streamers the Rewards.


Referred Friends

Referred friends who have signed up using a valid referral code will be offered a Great Lucky Draw opportunity for extra gifts such as an Samsung Galaxy J8, Google Play Gift Card, gaming chair, Platform souvenir pillow, and Diamond (also a kind of virtual currency on the Platform which may be used to consume within the Platform), if the referred friend completes the Qualifying Activity. The Great Lucky Draw may be cancelled without prior notice and the gifts may change from time to time. The Platform reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or Gems, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms of Nimo TV User Agreement or technical errors are suspected.


Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral code. If a referred friend receives referral codes from multiple Streamers, only the Streamer associated with the referral code actually clicked by the referred friend and who thereafter complete the Qualifying Activity will receive Rewards.

The Program may not be joined with other Platform referral programs or incentives together.



If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.


Termination and Changes

The Platform may suspend or terminate the Program or a Streamer’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.


The Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove or withhold Gems if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Nimo TV User Agreement. The Platform reserve sthe right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.


Updates to the Terms


The Platform can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Platform website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications shall constitute consent to such modification.
